About the job

The Associate, Asset Management Reporting is part of Tether’s asset management function, supporting portfolio-level reporting and performance analytics across a global, multi-billion, multi-asset investment portfolio.

The role operates at the intersection of investment, finance, and reporting, contributing to structured performance visibility and disciplined reporting standards across the platform. Working closely with senior members of the asset management team, the Analyst / Associate helps consolidate data, produce analytical insights, and ensure high-quality reporting for senior leadership.

The position is open to candidates at both analyst and associate level, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation of recurring portfolio performance reports and leadership materials.

• Consolidate financial and operational data from investment teams into structured reporting formats.

• Maintain and update reporting dashboards, performance trackers, and analytics tools.

• Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and commentary on portfolio-level developments.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reporting outputs.

• Assist in preparation of materials for internal governance and committee processes.

• Contribute to enhancement of reporting frameworks and performance monitoring standards.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, performance analytics, finance, or a related analytical role.

• Strong analytical skills with comfort handling complex data sets and recurring reporting cycles.

• Experience preparing structured reporting materials for senior stakeholders.

• High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with reporting systems or BI tools is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly in a global, fast-paced environment.

• Fintech/Digital asset experience in a plus.
