About the job
The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the overall product leadership of Hadron, including product vision, roadmap definition, and delivery execution.
The role serves as the single point of accountability for the platform to serve institutional client needs, engineering delivery, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Unlike a traditional Product Manager role, this position requires clear decision-making authority to:
Set and enforce roadmap priorities, including pushing back on non-essential requests.
Coordinate with external engineering partners and maintain scope discipline.
Resolve conflicts between client requests, technical feasibility, and compliance constraints.
Make go/no-go decisions on integrations, product features, and releases.
Ensure product development aligns with the long-term architecture and scalability of the Hadron platform.
Critical Context
Hadron serves institutional clients globally with diverse and often conflicting tokenization requirements, including different asset classes, blockchain networks, compliance frameworks, and distribution models.
The Product Manager must manage this complexity by maintaining a clear product strategy, prioritizing ruthlessly, and preventing scope creep. The role requires strong ownership and the ability to make difficult prioritization decisions in a fast-moving institutional environment.
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to: VP Product
The Product Manager works in close partnership with the Head of Expansion & Product Advisor for Hadron to ensure strong alignment between institutional client demand, market opportunities, and the Hadron product roadmap.
Head of Expansion & Product Advisor provides continuous market feedback based on institutional client engagements and strategic partnerships, ensuring that product development reflects real market demand.
The Product Manager is responsible for translating these inputs into product priorities, roadmap decisions, and engineering execution.
Major roadmap initiatives, client-driven feature requests, and new integrations are expected to be aligned between the Product Manager and the Head of Expansion & Product Advisor before implementation.
The Ideal Candidate
We are specifically looking for candidates who have operated at a senior level and can demonstrate deep, hands-on exposure to tokenization and traditional financial infrastructure. You should be able to recognise yourself in most of the following:
Tokenization, end-to-end
You have personally built, shipped, or owned a tokenization product — from asset onboarding and smart contract specification through to custody integration, investor cap table management, and secondary transfer mechanics.
You can walk through the full token lifecycle (issuance, transfer, redemption, corporate actions, burn) without needing to look anything up, and you understand the tradeoffs between different implementation approaches.
You understand custody models: the difference between self-custody, qualified custodian models, omnibus vs. segregated wallet structures, and what each means for compliance and operational risk.
You have practical knowledge of on-chain settlement mechanics and how they interact with traditional T+1/T+2 settlement rails (DTCC, Euroclear, SWIFT).
You are fluent in token standards across multiple chains and understand when to reach for ERC-20, ERC-1400, or proprietary structures, and why.
TradFi depth
You have a strong grasp of how institutional financial infrastructure works: how funds are structured and administered, how broker-dealers clear and settle, how banks manage trust and custody relationships, and how prime brokerage operates.
You understand the instruments being tokenized: money market funds, bonds, structured credit, equities, real estate, commodities including how each is priced, transferred, and serviced in the traditional world.
You are comfortable with regulatory frameworks relevant to tokenized assets such as MiCA, Reg D/S, MAS MAS notice, VARA and can identify the compliance constraints that must be encoded into product design.
You can read and rapidly interpret institutional documents: RFPs, term sheets, custody agreements, and due diligence questionnaires, and translate them into product requirements without extensive hand-holding.
Institutional demand, rapid translation
You have worked directly with institutional clients such as asset managers, banks, sovereign funds, family offices as the primary product owner, and you know how to manage their expectations and extract signals from noise.
You can hear a new institutional use case or a complex integration requirement and rapidly assess feasibility, scope, and priority, without needing days to research the basics.
You have experience distinguishing between requests that reveal genuine product gaps and those that are bespoke client customisations and you know how to handle both without derailing the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap.
Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Maintain a clear product vision for Hadron across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.
Ensure long-term platform scalability and product coherence.
Product Development & Delivery
Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements.
Maintain the product backlog and development priorities.
Coordinate development cycles and feature releases.
Ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones.
Engineering Coordination
Act as the primary interface between product and engineering.
Coordinate development work with internal engineers and external technology partners.
Maintain clear documentation of product features, APIs, and platform capabilities.
Track platform performance, bugs, and technical improvements.
Client & Integration Feedback
Collect and structure feedback from institutional clients and internal teams.
Identify recurring integration challenges and translate them into product improvements.
Improve onboarding workflows and developer experience.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 3 years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
Demonstrated hands-on experience shipping a tokenization or RWA product, with accountability for the full token lifecycle.
Deep, working knowledge of TradFi capital markets infrastructure including settlement, custody, clearing, fund structures.
Proven ability to rapidly parse institutional requirements and translate them into actionable product decisions.
Experience managing external engineering partners and enforcing scope discipline across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
Regulatory literacy across at least two major tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or equivalent).
Excellent written and spoken English. Able to author crisp product specs, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.
Nice to have:
Prior experience at a bank, asset manager, custodian, or regulated fintech in a product, technology, or markets role.
Hands-on experience with multiple token standards and blockchain networks in a production context.
Experience designing or integrating with custody APIs, transfer agent systems, or fund administration platforms.
Understanding of on-chain compliance mechanisms: whitelisting, transfer restrictions, KYC/AML hooks at the smart contract level.
Exposure to multi-chain deployment strategies and the tradeoffs between L1, L2, and permissioned chain environments.
Experience with institutional client onboarding workflows in a regulated context.
